puppy walks like a meercat

my 5 month old field spaniel walks on her hind legs on the leash like a meercat. i have tried titbits walking backwards allsorts i am at a loss please can you help me

Shaz, he just forgot that a Halti is what we finally ended up with for Sheba, the Dobie.

Once she got used to it being on her head, it worked well to keep her from pulling.
