Puppy with Blood in Stool

My puppy is 4 months old and she has had diarrhea on and off for 4 days now. Sometimes its more solid than other times. Today she finally passed some more solid poop but there was a few small drops of blood on the floor with it. Is this serious or should I just watch her and see if everything pans out?

It could be serious - take her to a Vet.
