Not sure what your asking... but if you are wondering what to do about your lip, put ice on it. Puppies bite, there are a ton of threads on this site with advice on what to do about puppies biting, personally I subscribe to the theory of yelping loudly or just saying OUCH every time their teeth touch your skin.

Spot on teachnk.

With mine I let out a loud high pitched "OUCH!" and stand up.
This shows them that:
A) They have hurt you as when puppies/dogs are hurt they yelp and this simulates that sound.
B) By standing up and ignoring them you are taking away the one thing they love... attention. It's a great punishment that doesn't hurt the dog at all.

As for the lip, as long as your dog is up to date on it's shots and you are up to date on yours just put some ice on it. If it broke skin you can get some antiseptic products from the pharmacy (chemist) to put on it to prevent infection.

I have large dogs. They were, therefore, large puppies. I have NEVER put my face close enough to a puppy to be nipped.

I also investigate dog bite incidents and cannot believe how many people are bitten in just this way - put their face up to the dog's face and the dog is either playful or threatened.

Not a smart idea in my book.
