How can a puppy get fleas without ever being around other dogs or going outside??

Hi you could try an organic homemade flea powder its really easy to make to keep you dog protected without the chemicals

Can you document that it is proven safe? Are there any tests showing it is safe and effective?

This is a good point, Labman...I don't want to use anything on my animal that is not proven safe and effective.
