I have a black little poodle she will be 2 on 'May Day' and for the last 2 weeks I have been picking up little fuz balls from the carpet (as if she had just been groomed and not brushed out completely) This has never happened before and I really wasn't concerned at first (they are so small) but it is continuing. She does have a playmate, but I don't think it's from that. We are starting to get warmer here, but she has never shed anything before and poodles don't shed. She does have an appt April 1st at the vets, but I'm wondering if this is something that some one has experienced.

When poodles are groomed they can have little tufts of hair coming out for ages after wards. Also you would be surprised how much hair comes out by them playing with other dogs.
It isn't actually true about them not shedding... they shed just like any other dog but the hair doesn't fall out onto things, it stays in their fur which if not brushed regularly will matte.
A vet check is still a good idea to make sure it isn't a skin condition though
