my pitbull wont eat

i have noticed my 9 month pitbull has been really picky to the point where he wont eat for a day or so just nibble at his food for alittle bit when he used to eat close to 2 bowls a day the only thing i have noticed is that is eyelids are
pinker and has more moisturer than normal? He is still pretty active but he just hasn't been eating like he use too for at least for a week or so.

Might be a good idea to have the vet look at him. Talk to the vet about his weight. The most common cause of dogs not eating is over feeding. Cut back what you are feeding him a little, and he may be back to his old appetite. Charts based on the type and size of the dog are only a starting point. You must examine the dog as the illustrated guide below shows.

Hi,
The answer before mine suggest the Vet. I agree with taking him to a Vet.
He could possibility have an eye infection, and the Vet would be able to pinpoint the problem.
I am not a Vet, but a dog lover and owner, have been for over50 years.
I do wish you and he the very best.
