White bump on head

My daschund as a white bump on his head that as appeared over the last week. It is about the size of a end of a pencil lead and hard. Can anyone help me with what it could be... Thanks

Oscar, it sounds very much like a benign nodule/cyst. I don't remember the exact medical terminology at the moment. Usually you find this in the boxer or related breeds. My pitbull has a few of them. But, since we can't examine your dog online, if I were in your shoes, I would make an appointment with my vet for an examination just to be on the safe side.
