When coaxing a puppy fails, it usually works very well to drop back behind it and run by it in baby steps calling ''Go, go, go!'' in a happy, excited voice. You may want to use a drag line, just a short leash without a handle. You can buy them, but just any cheap leash with the handle cut off will do. Put it on her and let her run around the house getting used to the drag of the leash on her collar. Keep a close eye on her, the leash could get tangled.

Part of the problem may be her age. Puppies are much quicker to accept new things before they are 12 week old. Wait another 4 weeks to take her out, and she could have real problems with strangers, traffic, noise, other dogs, etc. it is very important to get young puppies out in the world. Yes it risks fatal exposure to disease. You have to try to select areas where there won't be sick dogs. High traffic areas can be good because dogs running loose there don't last very long. Avoid parks and other places you see many other dogs.

Arrange play dates with family or friends that you know take good care of their dogs. Even visits with older dogs uninterested in play are good, teaching the puppy that ''Rowf'' means no.

She not bored in in fact this is normal ,she lies down because that the easy thing to do
It takes work , to train any dog , put her lead on , tease her to come her to come with you , offer her treats, tug a little, then walk, she will come , slowly at first , then bang she will walk , don't give up it will work ,
