how do i find out information on dogs?

My male dog's penis is hanging out and it is bleeding. It won't go back in. I wiped it off and sprayed some stuff on it that is suppose to stop the pain. What can the problem be?

This is not normal. You need to get him to a vet ASAP. He could be in a great deal of pain. I would talk with your vet about getting him neutered very soon also.

I wish I could tell you more, but only a vet can diagnose him, and give him the help he needs. I know it's the wkd., and it's expensive, but if it were me, I would definitely call the emerg vet. You don't want him to be in pain like that right?
