| Oh my god, I did not know this was happening.I assume its happening the same way under agers drink and have sex.If authourity cant see it,Its not illegal.Its just another corrupted gov.Terrible I know.. |

| They are using both stray animals and peoples pets (one pet was found ,saved and returned to its owners) and they are waiting til the cover of darkness to dump these poor animals into the water then going to check to see if they caught a shark in the morning hours... it breaks my heart to see things like this |

| I saw it on the news a while ago... horrible.
They saved one of the dogs but he had a hook through the cartilage of his nose, luckily they removed it ok and he was rehomed.
I guess they have never heard of adoption in those countries... their excuse was that there were too many stray dogs...
here's an idea..
1) ADOPT
2) SPAY AND NEUTER
I actually felt sick when I watched that news report. |

I totally agree with you about what they could be doing.. adopt, spay and neuter. I'm pretty sure they have spca's but i'm going to google just to find out for sure.. |
