[color="black"][color="Olive"]My 5 yr old 75 lb India has a watery eye, we cannot afford the vet at the moment...what do I do.

It may be watering because there is something irritating the eye. You could try irrigating it with saline solution. (the big bottles are about $5 at a drug store)

Call the vet to find out about an easy payment plan or even if you can barter something to pay for the visit. If you mess around with the dog's eye, you could cause blindness. Call the vet. Maybe the vet will even advise you over the phone.
