You are not going to get any magic home remedies off the internet to cure your dog. This dog needs to be seen by a professional or it is going to continue to suffer probably until it dies.

I get it...you don't have money...the dog is 4 months old...you should have considered this before you accepted the responsibility of taking care of this dog. Given that you can't now, you need to work something out with the vet or borrow money...you need to do something to get this dog treatment.

Call a rescue and see if they can help or you may have to give the dog up to get him the aid he needs. He needs a vet

Why did you adopt a puppy you can't afford? Even a healthy puppy will cost over $500 in vet bills in the first year, just for shots and spay/neuter. That's not even including food, or emergencies.

This pup is only 4 months old, and you don't have the money? Then you shouldn't have adopted the dog. Considering that puppies cannot legally be adopted out until they're 8 weeks old, you've only had this dog for 2 months tops! Already you're saying you can't afford vet care? Then you could never afford this dog period.

Take him to the shelter, explain your circumstances. They may be willing to help. If the can't, or won't, then relinquish your rights to this pup to the humane society. They will get him the treatment he needs, and then find him a home that can be financially responsible for his care.

If you have a pet you have to be able to take them to the vet at any time of the day or night, just like having a child.
