Cloudy eye

I have a 2 1/2 yr old female Havanese that I adopted. She is blind in her left eye due to a bad vaccine she received when she was a puppy. (I was told it's a condition called "blue eye") her eye has been noticeably larger than her right eye and now with in the past 2 months it has suddenly turned very cloudy (white) just overnight and then a couple of day later it will go back to normal color. I was wondering what might cause this. It seems to bother her during the time it's cloudy but not after it goes back to regular color.

Any information on this would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Are you sure that her "blue eye" was caused from a bad vaccine? I thought this condition was caused by Adenovirus type 1 which is a viral disease. Check out this website: Blue Eye: A Condition Caused by Canine Hepatitis in Dogs I'm not fully sure so it would be best for you to contact your vet for definite answers. Good luck.
