    Dog won't stop nursing cat!
Hi I have a bull Dog and a cat. When my kids brought home the kitten
The dog took kitten on as her baby, it was very cute and sweet at first.
Now the cat is 5 months old and still does it when no one is looking. Ill catch
Him and swat him away. I have tried every thing I can think of to stop this.
The dog has sore nipples. I even asked the vet all they could say is that a dog will usually stop it in time. Even though she's sore she seems to enjoy it as much as the cat
They snuggle up and sleep together. Help!

If only we could average out your dog and some of the other dogs here. I sort of think maybe listen to your vet. I guess you could try to think of something bad tasting that wouldn't hurt the cat or dog. Bitter Apple might do. You might go to a farm store and read the label on bag balm. Also check such things as Triple Antibiotic.
