is your dog eating anything that you think might be causing this vomiting?sometimes dogs will eat a lot of grass to get rid of something in their stomach that is bothering them.

More details would be helpful, but in general I would say if your dog has been vomiting all day it may be a good time to contact the vet. In the meantime take the food bowl up and offer her pedialyte or gatorade to help with hydration.
