    My dog is vomiting
    My dog is 9mo old. His stomach will make a loud gurgling/growling noise before he vomits. He loses his appetite. Stools are normal. This has happened at least once a week

    Hi,
    Have you tried changing his diet?
    What works for some dogs may not be good for others.

    When adding a new food always remember to add it very slowly to avoid further stomach upsets.

    Has he been acting lethargic at all?
    A vet check would pay just to make sure there is nothing major wrong.

    We just had him to the Vet. They gave us some stomach settling medicine & to feed him boiled chicken & rice , we have not restricted his treats

    Good to know.

    Chicken and rice are the best things for an upset stomach...
    Persnally I don't believe it is best for them long term but that is up to you and your vet to decide.

    Try restricting the treats for the first week or so and see if it makes an improvement... you never know, it could be the treats, not the actual dog food that was making him sick.
    What sort of treats do you give him?
