I would hope that the dog is in the veterinarian hospital as you write this finding out what is going on?

If they do not know, then we do not know either. Honestly it could be anything but that is why it is best to have tests done to rule out anything.

I really hope they figure this out for you hon. it could be Hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, which is what my dog died of 3 years ago. it is very fatal, and i am praying for you, if you dont mind it. *hugs* good luck.

if they treat him right away, and agressively, they can save him. however it may come back. so while recovery is possible, this dog may be in for a difficult life. so keep in mind that if they can save him this time, make the most of his life

So you already knew what it could have been. It would have been helpful mentioning it earlier.

So sorry to hear that your going through this. I know a lot about pets being part of the family.

I used to have a beautiful dog. It is heartbreaking when they are sick and worse because they are part of the whole family as you said.

Hoping the dog pulls through.
