[my dog just got hung up with the next door neighbors dog I don't know how he jumped the fence she had appt for her to get spay and now this is there something the vet can give her or I can buy so she doesn't get pregnant

Please take her asap for spaying. If she is pregnant, the vet can abort any fetuses at the same time.

If you get in within 48 hours your vet can administer an injection that prevents the dog becoming pregnant.

Personally, I would just get her spayed anyway. If you do it now there is no extra risk.
