| I agree with both posters above. If your vet is unable to find the solution, more tests need to be run, or rerun, as the case may be. If the vet isn't being very helpful, seek out another vet. You need to get down to the bottom of this and find out exactly what is going on. Could be Cushings, could be diabetes, could be kidney stones, could be something as simple as a UTI. Anything is possible. In any event, he is in distress and I wouldn't let anyone tell me that they are coming up with no answers and just accept it. Vets are human and can make mistakes. Labs can make mistakes. There is clearly something wrong. Please post back and let us know how you both are doing. |
