chewing my underware

i have too very good min pin puppies i only have one problem...they chew holes in all of my dirty underwear. ive tried everthing to get them to stop. ive taken the underwear away in switched them out for a toy but as soon as i turn my back they are running for them. they will dig through my dirty clothes hamper just to find a pair an chew.
they never touch my boyfriends clothes jus my dirty underwear. its to the point all of my under garments have holes in them. any suggestions on what i should do

Put up your dirty clothes hamper up where they can't get to it!
