How old is the puppy? Have you been mixing his food with water? For younger puppies, I have found, it is easier for them to chew their food when it is softer. Maybe a half cup of water and let the water soak up then give it to him. I always start my puppies this way. Their little baby teeth are not always strong enough to chew through the hard food yet.

He is 7 weeks old, he was eating his food fine and just stop. He would towards his bowl and snif it and walk away.

How much and how often do you feed your dog? 7 weeks is rather young. Has he been to the vet yet? When did this start? He may not be hungry right now. Try softening the food with a little chicken broth or beef broth. He also may not like the current food. What kind are you feeding him?

I feed him 3 times a day and a full cup, I have another pup his 6 months old and he eats more obviously. I feed him puppy chow and he also likes the kibbles and bites. I've been trying to get a hold of the vet but I'm having no luck. He ate once yesterday and this morning only drank water.

You may want to go to a local Farmer's Co-op if you have one in your area. These foods, at least for my dogs, made them fatter and lazy, they contain the wrong kinds of fillers and proteins. I would try to make a vet appt as soon as possible, there could be other issues such as parvo going on. The puppies need shots to prevent this. I do not know where you are at, but where I am from we have parvo and distemper and this can cause a puppy from eating.

Any time. This happened to my pup and she had parvo, it was expensive, but she is fine now. And the cutest character in the family.
