My American Pitbull is having trouble gaining weight!

Hello my three year old American Pitbull had a litter of eleven puppies (this was a complete accident, her collar broke going to the bathroom and it took me two hours to catch her, she was obviously in heat and got prego by the neighbors dog so please don't hate on me for this...she is fixed now) about 4 months ago and she is not returning back to normal. I have taken her to the vet several times during her pregnancy and afterwards and I have tried all the vets suggestions and we have done all the proper testing. She does not have worms of any kind and she is generally well, but my concern is that her ribs are showing pretty good and her hip bones are starting to be noticeable. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING I CAN THINK OF AND I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING THE VET TOLD ME TO DO. Here are a few of the things we have tried so far.
We switched her to puppy food with cottage cheese and boiled eggs 4 times a day
We have tried regular adult good with cottage cheese and boiled eggs 4 times a day
We stopped any kind of vigorous exercise (she still does her daily walk with me)
We have tried raw meats and fresh vegetables
She is currently on a multi-vitamin and has been for a few weeks with no improvement
We have tried raw meats with puppy food and vegetables
we have tried raw meats with adult food and vegetables

Anyone who has experienced this please help. She is starting to look like she doesn't eat at all which is the exact opposite. She is eating everything I put food in her bowl. I don't know if I am not giving her enough food, but I don't want her to be big I just want her to be healthy. Any suggestions would be great!!!!
Thanks
