What are my chances of keeping the house, and what should I do?

My wife and I were married on Jan 3 2009. We signed for a house on July 15 2009. Both of our names are on the house, but she never moved in. She started cheating on me with somebody from work, and moved in with him. She was cheating on me when she signed on the dotted line, but she signed anyways without me knowing. The money used for the down payment were gifts from my family, and since then, I have been making all of the payments. Not only did she leave me for him, but she asked him to get her pregnant right away. She kept telling me, she didn't want the house, and that I can have it. So much for that. After talking with her new lover, she tells me she is coming after the house and to find an attorney. She hasn't gotten a lawyer yet, but if she does, what are my chances of keeping the house, and what should I do?

Thanks
