Searching for ex

My ex left the state and leaving behind our 11 year old son. He is as of right now $8000.00 behind. Child support tell me I have to find him and give them the info. I gave them all the info I know and it seems he is no where to be found. He's not done his taxes for at least 3-4 years so there is no tax interception until he does. I believe he's in the Tennesee-Florida area. Any other info that someone can give me or free search engines to search for ppl or check social security numbers would be greatly appreciated.
