Maybe there is something you can do to help her in her time of need instead. Have your daughter go help her and be with her, offer her to get her dang groceries or something. You will be fine without the extra money. Go and show your daughter how to be a human being. I think we have lost that in this world. I am disappointed. I will appologize a head of time if I have hurt your feelings!

First I have to say that you put your ex in the light that she was pretty much victim here. Sorry if I misunderstood but all I saw was a man wanting money from a helpless woman. I truely am sorry! Glad to here that you are protecting her from a mother like that. Ok so now on to the situation that has been made clear. I have to say my husband thought I was wrong when i posted it too. His first instinct was that she could go to the wuick stop and get a job to pay for the support. With that said, is there any way to show she is milking the system? I really am sorry Toddzilla, knowing the whole story would have helped me.....

Listen Dude, whatever your situations is it is your business, none of us here can throw stones so left the morally challenged get their kicks on quickly judging you on your matter, it makes them feel better about the skeletons they have in their closet.....but to answer your question.... Yes you can because it is income, income is income, ethier from the state or the corner it is all income, in some states you don't even have to have a job and they will still get the support from the person. So I hoped I helped and remember to fight the good fight

startover22 agrees: You wanna talk about my skeletons? Or are you speaking of someone else?
