My son who is working and living in India has requested my help in this matter. He was married in 2005 while living in Florida. The marriage lasted only 6 months. The split up was mutual. He left Florida and has not returned. There are no children involved and his wife is living in Florida. Can the divorce be filed over the internet or does he have to return to the US to file?
