immigration divorce before 2 years

I married my husband two and a half years ago and he put paper work through to become a legal citizen. To my knowledge he has not recieved and of the papers he needed for citizenship but i recently found out he has been cheating on me with other men at our house while i am at work. i would like to divorce him but dont know what the next step is. i love him truely and dont want him to be deported but i also can no longer stay in a marriage with a man who apparently never loved me.

Divorce him now..before he gives you aids.

He isn't entitled to become a citizen since he is violation the rules.
