You really need to elaborate your questions better. I would consult a divorce attorney to determine if the license is void. How long were married, that may have a bearing. |

| If for example, you get a marriage license in Fulton county GA, and you go to White County and get married, your license is valid as long as it was done in the state of GA.
I understand a few US states require it to be in the same county. You will need to check with the court house where the license was issues.
Had the minister or judge returned it, and it had been invalid, the court would have ( or should have) notified you. |
