I found out that my husband was confused about his sexuality before we married, could I file for an annulment on the grounds of Fraud? If so, would those fraudulent grounds cause any legal issues?

anyway, bluetx, it sounds like you are in a real pickle with this and I can understand where you are coming from. I would suggest, seeing as no one here new what to say, that you consult a family lawyer and get legal advice that way. It will probably be worth every penny you spend on it as this is a situation that will be very difficult for you to live with in the long run and seeing as you are posting here, it is one that you dont want to live in.

Sure you know I think you should leave him if you can't deal with the idea of marring a homo don't try to or convince your self if youre not accepting cause this will end up with agony you will be the looser
