You may have claim to propety and money depending on your location. He may have to pay alimony for a year or two, ( based on many factors)

You need to look into welfare and public assistance, since no he will not be providing for you for the rest of your life.
How you are going to pay for rent and other bills, who was going to pay for your health insurance needed to be looked into before the split and needs to be discussed with your attorney

An Attorney is the person familiar with your State Laws who can help you.

Many factors are involved - property, other assets, the length of the marriage, in some instances the reason for the divorce.

You need a GOOD matrimonial Attorney to resolve all of the issues, the least one of which is NOT health insurance.
