Help

I need to know if after the divorce can my ex husband appeal? If so, how does that work?

What is he appealing? The divorce itself can only be revoked if the two of you marry each other again. If you're referring to related issues, such as alimony, child support, visitation, etc., he can always file a motion to have it modified. However, no judge will rule in his favor unless he can show compelling evidence that circumstances have changed substantially to warrant such a modification.
