Is her name on the title to the house? If so she does have a right to some of it, how much is up to the courts.

What was the terms of the divorce ? What was the division of property at that time was she suppose to get 1/2 of house ?

Next is her name currently on the deed ?

If she has no legal right, she can want all she does, I want to own 1/2 of the bank, but that won't ever happen either

It's hard to say, especially after 14 years. My initial gut reaction would be to say no given the circumstances. Ultimately it's up to the judge.

Fr_Chuck agrees: yes, very much up to the judge and in the end who knows what they will do.
