getting a divorce,
now when we get a divorce do he have to pay me child divorce if if he is not the father he was help taking car of me and my son

No-he does not have any child support obligations.He will be an ex-stepfather only and no one is able to entrust him to pay child support.Ask for support kid's father.

No - he doesn't have to pay - but you could qualify for alimony depending on the length of your marriage and if makes more than you.

No, and even before when married to this other man, the real bio father should have been paying child support, you will need to file in family court to collect child support from the real father.
