final decree

My husband lawyer was suppose to send a final decree to my lawyer on what we agreed upon but when I received it then it wasn't the same thing. I heard a rumor that someone in my husbands lawyer office changed the decree after my husband okay it. I asked my husband and he said no but that they accidentally sent the wrong one. Is there anything I can do to find out for sure. this person doesn't work there no more. Is there anything I can do? My husband's sister is the secretary to his lawyer.

Just curious: what did your lawyer have to say about the proposed final decree not being the same as what you agreed upon?

I would say that you should be contacting someone. Believe me, there is someone out there that should be able to help you. Try asking some legal advice to your attorney or another one. Sounds to me like something strange is going on here. Either your husband was involved in this or it was his sister. Do a little investigating on this matter. If it was anyone but your husband that did this, it is a felony charge. Atleast it is a felony where I am from. Make sure you speak to a lawyer soon.
