Divorce in Delaware after 12 years of marriage

I'm considering a divorce after 12 years of marriage (14 together) and I don't even know where to start! I love him, but I just don't know if I can take it anymore! Can anyone give me legal advice about divorce in Delaware. Namely for the following questions:

1. Is Delaware an alimony state? I'm the only one working and have been the primary support for my husband and children for the majority of our marriage. Will I have to continue to support my husband after we divorce?

2. We have 4 children, what legal ramifications will occur as far as the kids are concerned?

3. If I can not make him leave our home can I get help?

4. Most importantly - Where do I start?

5. Where can I find a reasonably priced divorce attorney? Are their any available that do not charge a consultation fee?

6. How does division of property work? Mostly all of our vehicles are in my name as well as the house.

7. Will I be responsible for my husbands debt after our divorce - if we get divorced?

8. What would I have to do for the kids as far as child support and visititation is concerned? He doesn't work - I doubt I'll be able to get child support, but will I have to pay support to him if he cares for the kids in anyway?

Hope someone out there can help me with these.

Thanks in advance.
