Custody

Hi,
I read your post, and unless I didn't read it very well, you did not mention anything about your lawyer. Did you have one? My guess is that you didn't, because you referrred to "I" showed the judges, etc.
Please get a lawyer, one who is experienced with this type of thing.
Letting your daughter go off to your ex, for 3 months, is not normal, in most states, that is.
I do sincerely feel for you, having been through something similar, but not with porn, etc, with my wife's ex. I am 63 yrs old, married 28 yrs, with a wonderful step-daughter, who thinks more of me now than her own Dad. She is 34 now.
Her Dad also took my wife to court for custody, but my wife had a lawyer. Otherwise, who knows what might have happened. That particular "battle" was just simply out of spite on her ex's part.
There is justice on this earth, but as far as a court is concerned, it's using a lawyer. Please find out the name of a good lawyer in your area. Go talk with him/her, ask about costs, and explain all this to the Professional. I do wish you the best of luck. Do it NOW!
