Can I received spousal support from husband that only received ss

I have a premarital agreement stating spousal support in case of a divorce. My husband only receives social security can I still receive this from social security?

In order to get a totally accurate answer based on your ages and whether or not you are retiring, contact the SS Administration - How to Contact Social Security

I am reading conflicting information.

Are you asking whether you would still receive support from him, funded by his SS benefit, or are you asking if you have a direct claim to his SS benefits?

Assuming that SS pays less than he earned he can petititon the Court for a modification of the support. Or is the support in a set dollar amount?
