can my ex wife take it all

i need help urgent i was married for only 5 hours and she now wants a divorce as she said i was cheating on her at the wedding and i was not she also wants my home and my money what can i do .

I am fairly sure that legal-wise 5 hours does not constitute a marriage. I would be very surprised to find a court awards any sort of financial recompense to her. Still it's a funny old world.

To my knowledge everything you had before the marriage is still yours, so unless you hit the lottery she is only entitled to assets aquired during the marriage. Did you sign any papers to give her your assets you had before or put her name on anything?
