can welfare pay for your rent

1 Answer Hi im wondering since i dont make enough money and my gf has cancer is there anything out ther the can help us, i have insurance tru my work, can she still get medical, can other program help us financialy?? |

| In most places if you marry they can be added to your health insurance at work, ( not all places allow that) but you will often have to pay their part of it, ( that can be several hundred dollars) If you have not, you can make an appointment with a case worker to see what welfare you may qualify for. | ||||

Ok, I will try and make this simple..... Man gets woman pregnant, NOT married! Man pays child support, in fact has it taken from his work payroll. W.T. Woman refuses to work, goes on welfare, D.E.S decides the man should pay the state back for the welfare and tacks it on to the child support...
