Where can I get a replacement os panther disk

My i-mac is locked up following an attempt to load a CD by NetSmartz.org. I can not find my original os disk therefore cannot reload, etc to get the machine started from that disk. Therefore the question is where can I get a Panther disk to use to restart my machine?

Two ways I have seen, call apple and explain what happened or off of ebay.
