System Recovery
my music from my Windows Media Player has been deleted from my pc after a system recovery as well as photos from "My Pictures". how do i recover them? they hold alot of memories.

What type of System Recovery? If you used the Recovery CDs that came with the PC they generally restore the PC to factory settings wiping out everything you had on it.
