Dear sir,
I was opened my system case and blew out the dust from my CPU cooler before one month. I was suffered from this problem from last two months.
Is the problem in motherboard or in SMPS. If the problem related to above things then what am i do?

make sure the cpu cooler did come loose when you cleaned it last time.....if the cooler does not move then you can rule out the dust scenario...another issue is perhaps the chip is running to hot due to fan running slow...or you overclocked the computer too much....voltage settings may be too high or the power supply just isnt putting out the power is should be....
good luck
