    Um just asking but what if your sound card has bine deleted how do you get this back with out using system restore(my mom administrator and will not let any one cause afriad they will change something for the worst).I tried to download but that just came up bad cause again I'm not administrator. All help will bw apprecieated.

    Hi,
    Does your Mom have a reason for not wanting sound?
    Or, can she post for herself, asking exactly how to do this safely?
    You could ask her about doing a Repair; that might fix it.

    You'll need to find the make and model of your sound card and download the correct drivers from the manufacturer's web site. Your mom will likely have to do the installation if her account is the only Administrator account.
