We need more information from you.

Normally, you can get into the BIOS (Hit <F2> or sometimes <F1> or sometimes another key stroke or combination) on boot to reset the BIOS to factory default.

To restore the operating system to the factory default, you need either a hidden partition containing a factory image, or you need a set of disks (CDs/DVDs) to restore the system to its default and to reinstall the operating system.

Depending on the make...

Press the following keys constantly every 3 seconds or so when you start the machine.

HP - F11
P/Bell - F11
ACER - ALT + F10
Compaq - F11
Most machines will say press "THIS" to run a system recovery.
