memory card accidentally dropped in CF/microdrive

my daughter accidentally put a camera memory card into the CF/microdrive and b/c it was smaller it fell in and it wont come out. I want to know if its possible to get out without breaking something? also, will it harm my computer being in there?

I have a Emachines T5020
