I deleted a muscic file from my trash bin for my Ipod. Is there a way to recover this file

Not likely. If you have Norton Systemworks, you may be able to recover it, but there is no other easy way to do it.

No way, never use Norton Systemworks, it trashes your system. Programs like Ontrack data recovery could recover the file but most home users can't afford this program. Check with computer repair centers if you really need this file back, but if its just music then just re-rip it.
