    Wisdom teeth removal and stitches
I had two of my wisdom teeth removed on the 13th of this month and they put a stitch in each socket now the lower stitch has gone but the top one is still flapping about up there.
My question is how much longer will it still be there its soluble and I'm still swilling with salt water but its starting to bug me now as its so loose and floppy I can feel it on the side of my tongue.

I know it bothers you and if it's too uncomfortable, I would visit my dentist again or at least call them for a posssible solution.

It does bother me and I'm constantly poking the dam thing with my tongue hehehehe Ive just been talking a to friend that's a dental nurse they can take up to three weeks but its important to wash out with salt water at least 4 times a day 3 swills a time as the salt helps the stitch to dissolve... well look at that I've answered my own question :)
