root canal problem

i had my root canal last 2004 and we all know dat once a tooth underwent a rootcanal.. its already dead... so now.. my problem is its bleeding and it causes me bad breath..

nweiz, i've been brushing my teeth anytime i smell my bad breath.. lol.. and yeah everytime i brush my teeth my root canal tooth starts bleeding.. its annoying me.. help.. tnx

Hi Jelay,
I would suspect there is some sort of localized gum disease, perhaps some sort of an abcess. I think the best thing would probably be to have your dentist take a look at it. Sorry I can't be of more help.

I had a root canal 2 days ago and a piece of the file broke off in me. Is this possibly going to cause me problems and since my tooth still hurts even with this temporary crown is it because of that file breaking off? Should I have to pay for the full amount since he messed up? The dentist acted all smug like it was no big deal and I actually remember when this happened because it hurt so bad I thought I was going to come out of the chair. What if any are me options?
