Home made toothwash to replace fluoridic toothpaste

I have stopped using fluoride toothpaste, because too many rumors of the ill effects it can have on our bodies. Plus it is banned in many European and Asian countries. I have come up with a mixture to replace my old toothpaste until I find one more natural (baking soda, peroxide, filtered water, and Tom's of Maine natural mouthwash), What do you think of this mixture?

The store I buy my Tom's mouthwash from only sells the Tom's with fluoride. But I will keep looking for some Tom's toothpaste, Thank you.

Jesushelper76 disagrees: Yes, I agree you need to be thankful when somebody is asking a question. Sometimes more information is needed to answer the question better.

I am sorry! I guess I just assumed that if you could buy the Tom's of Maine mouthwash you'd be able to get the toothpaste at the same location. I was wrong. I apologize.
As for the mixture you are making, there is really no need to use a toothpaste if your mouth is healthy and you have a low decay rate. Toothpaste is generally a breath freshener.
The mixture you are making should not feel gritty when rubbed between two fingers. If it's gritty it is too abrasive and can cause damage to the enamel. What percentage of peroxide are you using? Hydrogen peroxide has been linked to oral cancer when it's used on a regular basis and getting on the tissues.

You will often on these boards be asked questions for us to more fully understand your question, your use of the un=approve was uncalled for and you should not use it just because you don't like a good answer.

And there are many products that would be recommended as well as the new toothebushes from Japan that don't require any paste at all.

Your help may also come in forms you do not ask for, but are often good items.

Perhaps being alittle less rude and saying thank you for people taking time to help you may go along way if you want to be helped here.

I can understand why some questions need more information to be answered with better accuracy.

Will you accept my apology Flossie, for the negative comment?

That was bad judgment on my part.

And thank you everyone for your input.
