    Extraction of tooth
I am told that my tooth is 70% bad but it is strong. Is it necessary to extract now or I can wait till tooth is little bit loose or shakey? Please answer

I've never heard a tooth being described as "70% bad". Can you give me more information? Where in your mouth is it? Has it had a root canal? Crown? Large filling? Why does your dentist recommend you have it removed?

If it is 70% bad why would you be so foolish as to keep it in your mouth and risk having a nasty infection develop. I would have it removed if it is that far gone. Teeth don't miraculously regrow when you're not looking. If you let the tooth totally go and wait until it gets loose, what advantage do you think you'll have then? None that I can see. The tooth possibly may be so bad that when the time comes for it to be pulled the thing breaks in pieces and a piece may still be left in your gum causing you more pain and more $$$ to have it removed. My mother had a scenerio where she didn't have a tooth pulled and waited too long and when it did have to come out it broke and she ended up having to pay triple to get the rest of the tooth out of her gum. The ball's in your court. What do you want to do? Fiddle around with a tooth that you know is already bad or have it out and be done with it?

Yes a bad tooth does not just get loose, in fact it can get so bad, it will merely break at the skin line leaving roots in, which means a trip to the dental surgan and what should be a 60 dollar toothe being pulled turns into a 600 dollar roots getting cut out.

But then 70 percent bad is not an official name for what is wrong with the tooth, and which toothe can make a difference since often a person may try and save a front tooth more than a back tooth.
